Our Research Advisory Team meets regularly to review evidence, question assumptions, and refine our theory of action. The team brings together researchers and practitioners in career development, wellbeing, and education policy. As career readiness work spreads, language can move faster than understanding, and frameworks can get simplified along the way. The team helps us slow down at the right moments so the work grows responsibly.
LED BY DR. CRISTINA SANTOS
Dr. Cristina Santos leads our applied research. She synthesizes studies from across the U.S. and internationally and authors the briefs our advisory team reviews. Her work gives the team a clear base of evidence to question, refine, and build on. Our research advisory team brings together researchers and practitioners in career development, wellbeing, and education policy. Together, they test each idea before it shapes what we bring to classrooms, schools, and districts.
Our applied research draws on large-scale studies from across the US. Read what the research shows about career learning, student wellbeing, and what helps this work succeed at scale.
